Description

Tragwerksplanung für Sanierung und Modernisierung Marstallanlage in Waldenburg Das Ensemble Marstall Waldenburg ist ein zentraler Gebäudekomplex, der im Stadtzentrum von Waldenburg etabliert ist. Gemeinsam mit den Schlossanlagen und dem Grünfelder Park zählt es zu den bedeutendsten Denkmalanlagen in Sachsen. Der Auftraggeber plant eine neue Konzipierung der Marstallanlage in Waldenburg. Aus dem sanierungsbedürftigen Bestand, welcher nicht mehr den aktuellen Ansprüchen genügt, ist nun eine multifunktionale Nutzung vorgesehen. Die aktuelle bauliche Situation veraltet und obliegt fast keiner Nutzung. Durch die neue Konzipierung und neue inhaltliche Ausrichtung entsteht ein moderner Anlaufpunkt mit überregionaler Bedeutung. Durch die geplante grundlegende Sanierung und Modernisierung des bestehenden Gebäudeensembles und eine bauliche Erweiterung werden neue Räumlichkeiten geschaffen, die zusätzliche Nutzungsmöglichkeiten eröffnet: Museum, Restaurant, Beherbergung, Bildungszentrum, Bistro, Wohneinheiten und Archiv.
