Zur Übernahme der erforderlichen Architektur- und Ingenieurleistungen sucht der Rhein-Kreis-Neuss geeignete Auftragnehmer. Die erforderlichen Leistungen werden, in folgende Lose getrennt, voneinander ausgeschrieben: Los 1: Objektplanung Gebäude Los 2: Fachplanung Technische Gebäudeausrüstung Los 3: Fachplanung Tragswerksplanung Mit diesem Verfahren werden die Leistungen zum Los 3 ausgeschrieben: Los 3: Fachplanung Tragwerksplanung Die Hammfeld-Halle wurde Anfang der 1970er Jahre als Dreifeldhalle mit Nebenräumen errichtet und verfügt über eine Tribüne für 800 Personen, wodurch sie als Versammlungsstätte gilt. Das Gebäude befindet sich weitgehend im Originalzustand; insbesondere Fassade, Gebäudehülle und technische Ausstattung sind veraltet und energetisch ineffizient. Die Wegeführung ist unübersichtlich, ein klarer Haupteingang fehlt und barrierefreie Sanitäranlagen sind nicht vorhanden. Insgesamt besteht ein hoher Sanierungs- und Modernisierungsbedarf. Lediglich der Sportboden wurde 2023 erneuert.
