Description

Für einen zukunftssicheren Ausbau ihres bestehenden Erdgasnetzes plant die terranets bw GmbH (terranets bw) die "Spessart-Odenwald-Leitung (SPO)". Die geplante Erdgastransportleitung mit einer Gesamtlänge von ca. 117 Kilometern führt durch das Bundesland Hessen und den Freistaat Bayern. Sie hat eine Nennweite von DN 1.000 und eine Druckstufe von PN 90. In parallel geführ-ten Kabelschutzrohren sollen Lichtwellenleiterkabel für die Datenübertragung, die betriebliche Fernsteuerung und sonstige Kommunikation verlegt werden. Als Regelüberdeckung der Rohre wird 1,2 m angesetzt; im Bereich von Sonderkulturen kann eine größere Tiefe nötig werden. Auf Sichtweite bzw. an neuralgischen Stellen sollen Hinweispfähle angebracht werden. Der Schutzstreifen soll beidseitig der Rohrachse je 5 m betragen (also insgesamt 10 m Breite). In Wirt-heim und Lampertheim sollen weiterhin Molchschleusen und in Wirtheim eine Gasdruckregel-messanlage installiert werden. Entlang der Strecke sind zusätzliche Armaturengruppen bzw. Stre-ckenabsperrstationen geplant. Der Regelarbeitsstreifen soll eine Breite von 34 m aufweisen, während er in Bereichen von Eng-stellen oder im Wald lokal eingeschränkt wird. Die Trasse orientiert sich weitgehend an dem Verlauf der bestehenden Mitte-Deutschland-Anbindungs-Leitung MIDAL. Im Bundesland Hessen und dem Freistaat Bayern führt die SPO von Nord nach Süd durch die Landkreise Main-Kinzig, Aschaffenburg, Offenbach, Darmstadt-Dieburg und Bergstraße. Das Gesamtvorhaben SPO wurde in vier Planfeststellungsabschnitte gegliedert: - Abschnitt Hessen-Nord (PLA) o von SP 0+000 bis ca. SP 35+090, bzw. von der Ortslage Wirtheim (Gemeinde Bieber-gemünd) - Ortslage Klein-Auheim (Stadt Hanau) o Länge ca. 35,1 km - Abschnitt Hessen-Mitte (PLB) o von ca. SP 35+090 bis ca. SP 83+220, bzw. von der Ortslage Klein-Auheim (Stadt Ha-nau) - Ortslage Herchenrode (Gemeinde Modautal) o Länge ca. 48,1 km - Abschnitt Hessen-Süd (PLC) o von SP 83+220 bis ca. SP 116+700, bzw. von der Ortslage Herchenrode (Gemeinde Modautal) - Ortslage Lampertheim (Stadt Lampertheim) o Länge ca. 33,5 km - Abschnitt Bayern (PLD) o Im Freistaat Bayern, diverse Trassenabschnitte innerhalb des Abschnitts Hessen-Nord (PLA) o Länge ca. 1,5 km Die Vorhabenträgerin hat eine Anzeige gemäß § 15 Abs. 1 S. 2 ROG gestellt. Insbesondere auf-grund der fast durchgängigen Parallellage mit der MIDAL ist von behördlicher Seite bereits festge-stellt worden, dass für die SPO kein Raumordnungsverfahren erforderlich ist. Zuständige Planfeststellungsbehörde für die drei Planfeststellungsverfahren im Bundesland Hessen ist das Regierungspräsidium Darmstadt. Zuständige Planfeststellungsbehörde für das Planfeststellungsverfahren im Bundesland Bayern ist die Regierung von Unterfranken.
