Auflage: ...LPH 1-4 (Brandschutzkonzept) inkl. objektbezogene, bauteilscharfe Fachvorgaben (wie konkrete Brandschutzqualitäten, Bekleidungsdicken und Abschottungsprinzipien), die als verbindliche Grundlage für die anschließende werkseitige Ausführungsplanung dienen. ...LPH 8 (Bauüberwachung) auf Stundenbasis Die Gebäude der Pestalozzi Schule aus den 1940/1950er-Jahren weisen einen erheblichen Sanierungsbedarf auf. Dies betrifft u.a. die energetische und brandschutztechnische Sanierung, Erneuerung der TGA - Sanitär/Elektro sowie den Ausbau der digitalen Infrastruktur. Neben diesen substanziellen Maßnahmen soll eine räumliche Entwicklung hin zu einer modernen Ganztagsschule erfolgen. Hierbei soll im Bestand entwickelt und kein Neu- oder Anbau erstellt werden.
