Die Stadt Gerlingen beabsichtigt die Sanierung der Pestalozzi Schule. Gegenstand des Verfahrens sind Fachplanungsleistungen der Bauphysik, gem. § 3 HOAI, Abs. 1 (Anlage 1, Ziff. 1.2) und AHO-Schriftenreihe Heft Nr. 23, 3. Auflage bzw. Heft Nr. 44, 1. Auflage, LPH 1-7 für ...Wärmeschutz und Energiebilanzierung ...Bauakustik (Schallschutz) ...Raumakustik sowie Besondere Leistungen: ...Bearbeitung von Förderanträgen ...GEG-Nachweis (Energieausweis Nichtwohngebäude) ...Nachweis sommerlicher Wärmeschutz nach DIN 4108-2, Sonneneintragskennwertverfahren ...Beratung Bauwerksabdichtung im Bestand Die Gebäude der Pestalozzi Schule aus den 1940/1950er-Jahren weisen einen erheblichen Sanierungsbedarf auf. Dies betrifft u.a. die energetische und brandschutztechnische Sanierung, Erneuerung der TGA - Sanitär/Elektro sowie den Ausbau der digitalen Infrastruktur. Neben diesen substanziellen Maßnahmen soll eine räumliche Entwicklung hin zu einer modernen Ganztagsschule erfolgen. Hierbei soll im Bestand entwickelt und kein Neu- oder Anbau erstellt werden.
