Description

Der Auftrag umfasst die Objektplanungsleistungen des Leistungsbildes Gebäude und Innenräume nach §§ 33 ff. HOAI 2021 i.V.m. Anlage 10 HOAI, Leistungsphasen 1-3 für die Sanierung der Badebucht in Wedel. Die Auftraggeberin beabsichtigt, Objektplanungsleistungen des Leistungsbildes Gebäude und Innenräume nach §§ 33 ff. HOAI 2021 Leistungsphasen 1-3, für die Sanierung der Badebucht in Wedel zu vergeben. Es werden in erster Linie die folgenden Ziele verfolgt: 1) Reduzierung der Wasserflächen. 2) Nachhaltige Verbesserung der Wirtschaftlichkeit. 3) Energetische Optimierung des Betriebes. 4) Ökologische und ökonomische Betriebszustände gemäß der entsprechenden Auslastung und Zielgruppen. 5) Deckung des Bedarfs an Wasserflächen für Schulen, Vereine und Öffentlichkeit. 6) Basisgebäude für den Anbau weiterer Module angegliedert an einer Zentraleinheit. 7) Beibehaltung des Angebote Sauna und Gastronomie. 8) Berücksichtigung von gastronomischen Elementen im Foyer des Bades und einer Snackmöglichkeit im Bereich der Schwimmhalle.
