The city of Radolfzell is procuring planning services for building services engineering covering heating, ventilation, sanitary systems and building automation under § 55 HOAI, including basic services per Anlage 15.1, groups 1/2/3/8, service phases 1-3 and 5-9, plus phase 4 for group 1, awarded in stages starting with phases 1-3, and additional special services. The project concerns the historic Mettnau lido, opened in 1928, whose building will be renovated while preserving its character. The works are planned from September 2027 to May 2028. The contract is awarded separately via a VgV procedure. Suitable engineering firms may bid.
