Die Fernwärmeversorgungs- GmbH (FWV) eine Tochtergesellschaft der DVV-Stadtwerke Dessau plant die Errichtung einer neuen Energiezentrale Waldsiedlung inkl. iKWK-Anlagenteil in Dessau-Roßlau im OT Kochstedt. Planungsleistungen für die Energiezentrale Waldsiedlung besteht aus folgenden Komponenten und Systemen: 1. iKWK-System nach KWKG §8b mit: - Erdgas-BHKW-Anlage (iKWK BHKW) ca. 2.000 kWel / < 2.300 kWth - Luft-Wasser-Wärmepumpe (2-stufig) ca. 600 kWth 2. Nebenanlagen wie: - Wärmespeicher gesamt ca. 150 m3 (Außenaufstellung), Enthärtungsanlage, Netzdruckhaltung - Photovoltaikanlage auf dem Dach der neuen Energiezentrale ca. 10 kWp bei einer Aufstellfläche von ca. 115 m2 - Hilfs- und Betriebsmittel (u.a. Öl, AdBlue) 3. Verfahrenstechnische Integration u.a. mit: - Rohrleitungen, Armaturen, Netzumwälzpumpen, Pumpen, Lüftung, Abgasanlagen inkl. Schornstein 4. Elektrotechnische Integration mit: - Trafostation inkl. Zubehör - Mittelspannungsschaltanlage - Niederspannungsschaltanlage - Netzverknüpfung mit dem Stromnetz 5. MSR- und leittechnische Integration mit: - Anlagenautomatisierung - BuB-System - Fernwirkanbindung an die zentrale Leittechnik des Betreibers - Melde-/Überwachungsanlagen (Gas-, Brand-, Einbruchmeldeanlage) 6. Bautechnische Integration - Tiefbau Energiezentrale und Gründung Nebenanlagen - Integration der auf dem Baufeld vorhandenen MS-Trafostation, Verteilerstation Glasfaser und Ladeinfrastruktur - Hochbau Energiezentrale - erforderlicher Stahlbau - Erschließung für die Ver- und Entsorgung im Baufeldbereich - Außenanlagen 7. Fernwärmesystem - erdverlegte KMR-Rohrleitungen zur Integration der neuen Energiezentrale in das Bestandssystem inkl. Tiefbauleistungen (bauseits) -- hydraulische Netzberechnung (bauseits)
