Description

Das Plangebiet ist in mehrere Bauabschnitte aufgeteilt: 1. Bauabschnitt = nördliche Neutorstraße 2. Bauabschnitt = südliche Neutorstraße, Stadtgarten und teilw. Straße Am Delft 3. Bauabschnitt = Hafentorplatz und südliche Straße Am Delft 4. Bauabschnitt = Hafenkopf und Straßenraum Der erste Bauabschnitt befindet sich seit April 2026 im Bau und wird im April 2027 abgeschlossen. Die weiteren Bauabschnitte folgen nachlaufend. Für das gesamte Planungsgebiet sind die Leistungsphasen 1-3 sowohl für die Lichtplanung als auch für die Leitungsplanung vollständig erbracht. Gegenstand dieses Vergabeverfahrens sind Leistungen der technischen Ausrüstung (§ 53 HOAI) zur Durchführung der Lichtplanung (Verkehrsbeleuchtung / architektonische Lichtplanung) mit Leitungsplanung für die Lph. 4-6, optional Lph. 7-8 und Berücksichtigung der Eventbeleuchtung (Lph. 1-6, optional Lph. 7-8) nur für den 3. und 4. Bauabschnitt. Planungsleistungen für folgendes Leistungsbild der HOAI: Fachplanung - Technische Ausrüstung (§§ 53 ff. HOAI) -> Grundleistungen: Nach Anlage 15 Nummer 15.1 der HOAI -> Besondere Leistungen: keine -> Zusätzliche Leistungen: Eventbeleuchtung (Lph. 1-6 / opt: Lph. 7-8) -> Optionale Leistungen: siehe unten Stufenweise Beauftragung: Ja 1. Stufe: Leistungsphasen 4 - 6 2. Stufe: Leistungsphasen 7 - 8
