Description

Die Stadt Bielefeld beabsichtigt den Neubau eines Retentionsbodenfilter (RBF) am Standort Bockschatzhof zur Behandlung von Niederschlagwasser im Rahmen der Regenwasserbewirtschaftung. Die Anlage wird mit einer Filterfläche von 5.000 m2 und einer Drosselwassermenge von 250 I/s errichtet. Der RBF entsteht auf dem Gelände des bestehenden Sandfangbeckens des HRB Bockschatzhof, das hierfür teilweise überbaut wird. Der Zulauf erfolgt über einen geschlossenen RW-Kanal ON 2400 mit vorgeschaltetem Grobstoffrückhalt. Der zweigeteilte Filter wird gemäß RBF-Handbuch NRW und DWA-A 178 dimensioniert und dient der Regenwasserbehandlung innerhalb des bestehenden Retentionsraum. Die Herstellkosten KG 300/400 sind mit insgesamt 5,0 Mio. EUR netto veranschlagt. Die zu vergebenden Leistungen umfassen: 1) Leistungen für die Objektplanung Ingenieurbauwerke gem. HOAI, Teil 3, Abs. 3, Leistungsphasen 3-9 inkl. ergänzende Besondere Leistungen (BL) 2) Leistungen für die Tragwerksplanung gem. HOAI, Teil 4, Abs. 1, Leistungsphasen 2-6/8 inkl. ergänzende Besondere Leistungen (BL) 3) Leistungen für die Technische Ausrüstung gem. HOAI, Teil 4, Abs.2, Leistungsphasen 3-9 inkl. ergänzende Besondere Leistungen (BL) Die Beauftragung erfolgt stufenweise, wobei zunächst die LPH 3-4 beauftragt werden; die weiteren Leistungsphasen werden optional übertragen.
