Klinikum Werra-Meißner plans to build a new functional building of around 1,000 m2 of usable floor area at its Eschwege site in Germany. The building will house two cardiac catheterisation laboratories, the endoscopy unit and the hospital laboratory, and will be connected to the existing building via connecting corridors. The cost framework for cost groups 200-700 is 15 million euros gross. This tender covers lot 4, structural engineering services under HOAI Part 4 Section 1, service phases 1 to 6. Commissioning is staged: initially only services required for the funding application including design planning (phase 3), with later phases ordered separately in writing. No legal entitlement to further commissions exists. Planning starts August 2026, construction July 2027, completion December 2028.
