Description

Für den Neubau des Feuerwehrhauses ist eine Fläche in der Raiffeisenstraße in Selsingen vorgesehen. Es ist geplant, dass das neue Feuerwehrhaus sieben Fahrzeugboxen erhalten soll. Die Umkleideräume sollen bei den Männern für 85 Personen und bei den Frauen für 25 Personen ausgerichtet werden. Neben den Umkleideräumen und Sanitäranlagen besteht der Wunsch mehrere Lagerräume, Besprechungs-/Unterrichtsräume, eine Kleiderkammer für die Ortswehren der Samtgemeinde Selsingen sowie zwei Büroräume in den Neubau einzubeziehen. Die Fahrzeugboxen sollen in Leichtbauweise errichtet werden. restliche Gebäudeteil jedoch in Massivbauweise. Es wird derzeit mit einer Gesamtinvestitionssumme von ca. 6.800.000 Euro kalkuliert. Frist zum Einreichen von Bewerberfragen: 03.05.2026 Nachdem bereits vor gewisser Zeit ein Planungsbüro für die Leistungsbilder „Gebäude“ und „Tragwerksplanung" beauftragt wurde, wird nunmehr beabsichtigt, ein Planungsbüro für die Leistungsphasen 1 bis 9 des Leistungsbildes „Technische Ausrüstung“ zu beauftragen. Es soll ein fachlich versiertes Ingenieurbüro gefunden werden, das die Gewerke HLS (Heizung, Lüftung, Sanitär) und ELT (Elektrotechnik/Blitzschutz) ganzheitlich aus einer Hand plant. Ziel ist es, die komplexen Schnittstellen durch eine integrierte Planung zu optimieren. Es wird derzeit mit anrechenbaren Kosten für dieses Leistungsbild von ca. 1.600.000 Euro (HLS ca. 750.000 Euro / ELT ca. 850.000 Euro) gerechnet.
