Description

Für dieses Projekt wird ein Büro gesucht, das die Leistungen der Tragwerksplanung gem. §§ 49ff HOAI 2021 i.V. mit Anlage 14 in den LPH 2 bis 6 inkl. der Besonderen Leistungen übernimmt. Für das Museum Wiesbaden ist die Erweiterung des bestehenden Museumsgebäudes geplant. Grundlage der weiteren Planung ist das Ergebnis eines Architekturwettbewerbs nach RPW 2013. Ziel der Maßnahme ist die Schaffung zusätzlicher Ausstellungs- und Depotflächen sowie die Verbesserung funktionaler Abläufe im Museumsbetrieb. Der Flächenbedarf der Erweiterung beträgt ca. 3.000 m² NUF 1-6. Gegenstand des vorliegenden Teilnahmewettbewerbs ist die Vergabe der Leistungen der Tragwerksplanung für den Erweiterungsneubau im Rahmen eines Verhandlungsverfahrens. Die Tragwerksplanung soll die architektonische Konzeption des Wettbewerbsentwurfs konstruktiv, wirtschaftlich und nachhaltig weiterentwickeln. Besondere Anforderungen ergeben sich aus der Anbindung an das bestehende Museumsgebäude, den denkmalpflegerischen Rahmenbedingungen, den städtebaulichen Restriktionen sowie den hohen funktionalen und technischen Anforderungen eines Museumsbaus.
