Fachplanung Baustellenlogistik Die Mühlenkreiskliniken planen im Rahmen der strategischen Weiterentwicklung die Zusammenlegung der bestehenden Standorte Lübbecke und Rahden in Form eines gemeinsamen Neubaus "Klinikum Lübbecker Land". Das Projekt umfasst den Neubau eines Klinikums für die somatische und psychiatrische Versorgung mit rund 400 Betten, ergänzenden Lehr- und Funktionsbereichen sowie Anlagen für zentralisiertes Parken auf einem Grundstück der Stadt Espelkamp. Aufgrund der Größe und Komplexität des Vorhabens besteht ein erhöhter Koordinationsbedarf der Baustellenlogistik, insbesondere in Bezug auf Baustellenverkehr, Materialanlieferungen, Flächen- und Sicherheitslogistik. Die Baustellenlogistik ist eng mit der parallellaufenden Verkehrsplanung der Stadt Espelkamp abzustimmen, insbesondere hinsichtlich Erschließung und Verkehrsführung. Leistungsbeschreibung Die Ausschreibung umfasst die Planung und Koordination der Baustellenlogistik für das Projekt. Ziel ist die Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Bauablaufs durch eine strukturierte Organisation der Baustelleninfrastruktur und -prozesse. Leistungsbeschreibung (KG 700) Im Rahmen der Kostengruppe 700 werden sämtliche Maßnahmen zur Baustelleneinrichtung, -logistik und -räumung für den Neubau des Klinikums umgesetzt. Dazu zählen die Einrichtung und Unterhaltung der Baustelle, die Sicherstellung der Verkehrswege, die Versorgung mit Baustrom und Bauwasser, die Entsorgung von Bauabfällen sowie alle temporären Einrichtungen, die für die Durchführung der Bauarbeiten erforderlich sind. Die Baustelleneinrichtung ist auf die Anforderungen eines komplexen Klinikneubaus und die Integration verschiedener Nutzungsbereiche abzustimmen. Projektzeiten • Beginn Planung Baustellenlogistik: August 2026 • Baugenehmigung: 31.07.2026 (erwartet) • Baubeginn: 24.09.2026 (Vorabmaßnahmen: Baumschutz, Baumfällungen, Baufeldfreimachung) • Bauausführung: 09.11.2026 • Bauliche Fertigstellung: 01.11.2030 (inkl. Außenanlagen) Grundstücksfläche: 5,9 ha BGF: 47.845 m² Kostenrahmen Baukosten Die Finanzierung des Projekts erfolgt durch Mittel der Krankenhaus Einzelförderung "Förderungen zur Umsetzung der Krankenhausplanung NRW, 2. Förderperiode" und über den Wirtschaftsplan der Mühlenkreiskliniken. Der entsprechende Förderantrag wird im Februar 2026 durch den Bauherrn zur Prüfung eingereicht. Der aktuelle Gesamtkostenrahmen auf Basis der Entwurfsplanung LPH 3 beträgt 279,93 Mio. € brutto. Die relevanten Kostengruppen gliedern sich wie folgt: • KG 200: 5,82 Mio € brutto • KG 300: 108,62 Mio € brutto • KG 400: 94,81 Mio € brutto • KG 500: 15,17 Mio € brutto
