Description

Gegenstand der Beschaffung ist die Erbringung von Fachplanungsleistungen der Medizintechnik im Rahmen der Masterplanung (MAP) sowie der baulichen Entwicklungsplanung (BEP) für die Standorte Göttingen (UMG) und Hannover (MHH). Die Leistungen umfassen insbesondere die Entwicklung eines strategischen, zukunftsfähigen Medizintechnikkonzeptes unter Berücksichtigung betrieblicher, funktionaler und technischer Anforderungen sowie die enge Abstimmung mit allen fachlich Beteiligten. Im Rahmen der MAP sind u. a. die Ableitung von Anforderungen an den Gerätebestand, die Bewertung von Nutzungsverteilungen sowie die Sicherstellung der medizintechnischen Funktionsfähigkeit über alle Entwicklungsphasen hinweg zu erbringen. Für die BEP umfasst die Leistung insbesondere die Konkretisierung der medizintechnischen Anforderungen auf Maßnahmenebene, die Prüfung der Umsetzbarkeit sowie die Mitwirkung an Bauphasen, Termin und Investitionsplanungen. Ziel ist die Erstellung einer konsistenten, umsetzbaren und langfristig tragfähigen Gesamtkonzeption der Medizintechnik als Grundlage für Investitionsentscheidungen und die schrittweise Realisierung der Campusentwicklung.
