Description

Das Los 12 umfasst die Durchführung der bautechnischen Planungsleistungen für den Neubau von kraftwerkstypischen Gebäuden und Bauwerken (wie z.B. Kesselhaus, Brennstoffbunker (Bunkerbauwerk mit Errichtung in Gleitschalungsbauweise), Maschinenhaus, Schaltanlagengebäude, Leitstand, usw.) mit einer Gesamtkubatur von ca. 230.000 m³ umbautem Raum. Die Gebäude und Bauwerke ergeben sich aus den Vorgaben der Anlagenplanung für eine neue Abfall/EBS-Verbrennungsanlage mit einer Kraft-Wärme-Kopplung und einer Feuerungswärmeleistung von ca. 110 MWth am Standort Berlin (HKW Klingenberg). Dabei sind die Planungsleistungen für Gebäude und Innenräume, Verkehrsanlagen, Tragwerksplanung und technische Gebäudeausrüstung als ganzheitliche und interdisziplinäre Bauplanungsleistungen mit einer eigenständigen Schnittstellenkoordination zu erbringen, welche für einen genehmigungsfähigen, sicheren Betrieb der ganzheitlichen Anlage erforderlich sind. Mit dieser Bekanntmachung werden folgende bautechnische Planungsleistungen für Gebäude und Bauwerke angefragt: - Genehmigungsplanung für die Gebäude, Bauwerke, Ingenieurbauwerke und Gebäudeteile inkl. Bauantrag für BImSchG-Verfahren - Objektplanung für die Gebäude, Bauwerke, Ingenieurbauwerke und Gebäudeteile - Tragwerksplanung für die Gebäude, Bauwerke, Ingenieurbauwerke und Gebäudeteile - Planung Verkehrsanlagen - Planung der technischen Gebäudeausrüstung für Gebäude - Planung der unterirdischen Wirtschaft (UIW) - Fachplanungsleistungen für Schallschutz, Wärmeschutz, Blitzschutz und Erdung, Brandschutz sowie die Erstellung eines anlagenbezogenen Brandschutzkonzept Die angefragten Planungsleistungen sind in folgende Planungsphasen gegliedert: Phase 1: Vervollständigung der Vorplanungen des AG, Entwurfsplanung und Bau-Genehmigungsplanung, 3D-Planungs-Koordination mit Anlagenfachplaner, Erstellung Bauantrag Phase 2: Vergabeplanung Phase 3: Baubegleitende, interdisziplinäre Ausführungsplanung Phase 2 und 3 werden jeweils optional vereinbart.
