Planungsleistungen nach der HOAI sowie Sicherheits- und Gesundheitsschutzkoordination nach der BaustellV für die Grundinstandsetzung der Ostmole des Bundeshafens Helgoland Die Insel Helgoland liegt etwa 50 km westlich der schleswig-holsteinischen Küste in der Deutschen Bucht (Nordsee). Das Wasserstraßen- und Schifffahrtsamt Elbe-Nordsee (WSA E-N) betreibt und unterhält hier einen bundeseigenen Bau- und Liegehafen, der sich über den Süd- und den Vorhafen erstreckt. Der Vorhafen wird von u.a. von der Ostmole eingefasst. Auf einer Länge von etwa 656 m schützt sie die dortigen Liegeplätze, sowie die angrenzende landseitige Hafeninfrastruktur vorrangig vor Seegang aus südlichen und östlichen Richtungen. Das zum Teil über 100 Jahre alte Bauwerk befindet sich in einem schlechten Zustand und muss grundlegend instandgesetzt werden. Es sollen die Voraussetzungen zur baulichen Realisierung der Grundinstandsetzung der Ostmole geschaffen werden. Insbesondere für die der Entwürfe nach der VV-WSV 2107 und die spätere Vorbereitung der Ausschreibung der Bauleistungen sind umfangreiche Planungsleistungen zu erbringen, und zwar vorwiegend Objekt- und Fachplanungen sowie weitere Beratungsleistungen nach der Verordnung über die Honorare für Architekten- und Ingenieurleistungen (Honorarordnung für Architekten und Ingenieure - HOAI). Im Zuge der Entwurfs-, Genehmigungs- und Ausführungsplanung sowie bei der späteren Bauausführung werden ferner Leistungen nach der Verordnung über Sicherheit und Gesundheitsschutz auf Baustellen (Baustellenverordnung - BaustellV) erforderlich.
