Fachplanung Technische Ausrüstung (Anlagengruppen 1 und 2: Abwasser-, Wasser-, Gas- und Wärmeversorgungsanlagen, LPH 5-8 HOAI) Die vergabegegenständliche Leistung umfasst TGA-Fachplanungsleistungen (LPH 5-8) der Anlagengruppen 1 und 2 (Abwasser-, Wasser-, Gas- und Wärmeversorgungsanlagen) für die Generalsanierung der Schwimmhalle der Gesamtschule Hollfeld in Abstimmung und Zusammenarbeit mit den weiteren Planern. Mit den Planungsleistungen wurde bereits vor einiger Zeit ein Generalplanungsbüro beauftragt. Aus verschiedenen Gründen hat sich der Auftraggeber dazu entschlossen, mit dem beauftragten Generalplaner das Projekt nicht weiterzuführen und die restlichen Planungsleistungen, nach durchzuführenden Ausschreibungsverfahren, getrennt nach Planungsdisziplinen zu vergeben. Zu betonen ist auch, dass sich auch in die bereits vorhandene Planung einzuarbeiten und diese ggf. zu überarbeiten ist.
