The contracting authority SWG is procuring general planning services for a large heat pump with a thermal capacity of approximately 10 MW in Germany. The scope includes plant engineering (heat pump, auxiliary systems, hydraulics, control technology) up to the inlet structure on the SWG site, pipeline and district heating connection work within 3 metres of the building, electrical planning including low and medium voltage connection and network connection, structural and architectural design, building physics, HVAC and sanitary services with possible MSR technology, and fire protection planning.
