Description

Das Seniorenheim St. Nikola wurde in der jetzigen Form 1967 in Betrieb genommen und 1978 um einen weiteren Bau für die stationäre Pflege erweitert. Ergänzungen, Umbauten und Sanierungen erfolgten in den Jahren 2004 bis 2010. Die Einrichtung ist auf 215 Bewohnerplätze ausgerichtet, die allerdings aufgrund von Vorgaben aus der AVPfleWoqG in Verbindung mit der DIN 18040-2 auf 207 Plätze reduziert werden mussten. Die Einrichtung gliedert sich in insgesamt 4 Baukörper. Die unzureichende Erfüllung bestehender Vorschriften und der mittlerweile veraltete Gesamtzustand der Gebäude macht es nun erforderlich, insbesondere Haus II (Altbau) und Haus III zu erneuern. Auf dem Gelände des Seniorenheims St. Nikola, FlurNr. 1052, Gemarkung Straubing soll deshalb ein Seniorenwohn- und Pflegeheim mit 120 bis 150 Bewohnerplätzen gebaut werden. Die Bewohnerzimmer sind ausschließlich als Einzelzimmer zu planen.
