Tragwerksplanung (§ 51 HOAI) Grundleistungen Anlage 14 HOAI Grundleistungen der Leistungsphasen 1-6, stufenweise, zunächst LP 1-3 besondere Leistungen (im Weiteren beschrieben) Die Klinik Mayenbad in Bad Waldsee mit 164 Zimmern im Bestand ist um 42 Patientenzimmer und zwei Aufzugsanlagen zu erweitern. Hierzu hat es eine notwendige Studie zur Umsetzbarkeit, bezüglich Funktionalität, Kosten und Fördermöglichkeit des Architekturbüros ST bauplan gegeben, die, um eine qualifizierte Kostenschätzung zu erhalten, mit den LP 2 (Vorentwurf) abgeschlossen wurde. Die Studie sieht eine 8- geschossige Erweiterung des Bestandes vor und stellt unter den gegebenen Umständen einer zeitlichen Dringlichkeit und der Sicherstellung innerbetrieblicher Abläufe, wie einer Minimalbelastung der Bewohner die Grundlage dar, unter eben schonender Berücksichtigung des laufenden Klinikbetriebes das Vorhaben überhaupt umsetzen zu können. Daher sind wesentliche Abweichungen vom bisherigen Konzept nur noch begründet möglich. Die Klinik Mayenbad kann und wird das Projekt nur dann in Angriff nehmen, wenn der vorgesehene zeitliche Rahmen zur Umsetzung sichergestellt werden kann. Hierzu werden folgende Planungsleistungen jeweils einzeln über ein VgV- Verfahren vergeben: - Gebäude und Innenräume § 34 HOAI - Tragwerksplanung § 51 HOAI - TGA H/L/S § 55 HOAI - TGA Elektro § 55 HOAI
