Description

Die Stiftung Historisches Museum der Pfalz plant eine bauliche Neuordnung ihres Erweiterungsbaus in Speyer. Er entsteht als Teil des Gesamtkomplexes des Historischen Museums der Pfalz mit direktem Anschluss zum denkmalgeschützten Altbau. Dabei wird das obere Geschoss des bestehenden Erweiterungsbaus zurückgebaut, während die beiden unteren Sockelgeschosse erhalten bleiben. Diese bilden die statische Grundlage für den neuen Baukörper. Auf diesen Sockelgeschossen wird ein neuer, vom Bestand optisch und konstruktiv abgesetzter "White Cube" errichtet, der über einem zurückgesetzten Erdgeschoss mit transparenter Glasfuge zu schweben scheint. Diese architektonische Setzung führt zu spezifischen Anforderungen an das Tragwerk, insbesondere hinsichtlich Auskragung, Lastabtragung und Rückverankerung. Teile des bestehenden Untergeschosses (Weiße Wanne) bleiben erhalten und sollen für die neue Nutzung aktiviert werden. Die neue Tragstruktur ist so auszubilden, dass zusätzliche Lasten kontrolliert auf den Bestand abgetragen werden können, ohne eine Erweiterung der Gründung erforderlich zu machen. Die voraussichtlichen anrechenbaren Kosten (netto) ergeben sich wie folgt: KG 300 9.624.000 EUR; KG 400 2.502.240 EUR: KG 410 264.660 EUR; KG 420 481.200 EUR; KG 430 481.200 EUR; KG 440 481.200 EUR; KG 450 216.540 EUR; KG 460 168.420 EUR; KG 470 72.180 EUR; KG 480 336.840 EUR. Die Leistungen werden in Losen ausgeschrieben: Los 1 - Tragwerksplanung nach § 49 HOAI; Los 2 - Planungsleistungen der technischen Ausrüstung HLSK nach § 53 HOAI; Los 3 - Planungsleistungen der technischen Ausrüstung Elektro nach § 53 HOAI; Los 4 - Fachplanung des Brandschutzes nach AHO-Heft 17; Los 5 - Fachplanung der Bauphysik nach Anlage 1.2 HOAI; Los 6 - Projektsteuerungsleistungen nach AHO-Heft 9. Eine stufenweise Beauftragung ist vorgesehen. Es sollen zunächst die Leistungsphasen 1-4, also bis zur Genehmigungsplanung beauftragt werden und anschließend die Leistungsphasen 5-6 bzw. 5-9. Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung ist Los 3 - Fachplanung für Technische Ausrüstung Elektro in den Leistungsphasen 1-9 nach § 55 HOAI. Die Objektplanung ist bereits beauftragt. Der aktuelle Bearbeitungsstand wird mit der Aufforderung zu Angebotsabgabe im Rahmen der zweiten Stufe des Verfahrens mitgeteilt.
