The Office for Roads and Traffic intends to merge the previously separate bus and tram stops at Kattenturm-Mitte into one shared stop for buses and trams. This will simplify transfers that are currently cumbersome and time-consuming, especially for people with limited mobility. New access of the tram tracks for bus traffic creates new crossing options over the rail facilities, shortening travel times. Procured services: object planning for transport facilities, outdoor facilities and engineering structures (drainage), each service phases 1 to 3, optionally 4 to 9 under HOAI 2021. Special services include utility location plans, utility coordination, public relations, optionally complaint management, conversion of existing bus stops, cycling adjustments, local site supervision and change management.
