In diesem Zuge wird zwecks effizienter Kontrolle und zur Vermeidung unnötiger Energieverluste ein digitales Überwachungssystem für Kondensatableiter implementiert. Auf der Hauptliegenschaft des UKE befindensich im Dampfsystem rund 400 Kondensatableiter, die aktuell noch manuell überprüft werden. Die Kondensatableiter sind verteilt über rund 20 Gebäude verbaut. Die Lösung muss ein digitales Kondensatableiter-Managementsystem als Managed-Service-Lösung darstellen. Erforderlich sind die kontinuierliche Erfassung und Auswertung von Temperatur- und Ultraschalldaten, automatische Zustandsdiagnosen, Trendanalysen, Alarmmanagement sowie die Berechnung von Energie-Dampf- und CO2 - Verlusten. Die Daten sind über eine webbasierte, ISO-50001-geeignete Plattform bereitzustellen. Bestandteil des Leistungsumfangs sind die Digitalisierung der Kondensatableiterpopulation, regelmäßige Expertenanalysen, Optimierungsberichte und Handlungsempfehlungen zur Steigerung von Energieeffizienz, Anlagenverfügbarkeit und Nachhaltigkeit. Der Anbieter muss nachweisliche Kompetenz in der ganzheitlichen Analyse und Optimierung von Dampf- und Kondensatsystemennachweisen.
