Dem Land NRW gehört das Plangebiet "Campus Golzheim", ein ca. 48.000 m2 großes Grundstück in Düsseldorf zwischen dem stark befahrenen Kennedydamm, der Georg-Glock-Straße und der Josef-Gockeln-Straße. Auf diesem Grundstück war bis 2018 die Hochschule Düsseldorf (HSD) an-gesiedelt. Auf dem Plangebiet verteilen sich die Mietflächen aktuell auf 10 Gebäude(teile) und einer gemeinsam genutzten Tiefgarage. In dieser Ausschreibung geht es um die Projektsteuerungsleistungen für den Neubau des 2. Standortes. Genaue Angaben zum Projekt (Leistungsbeschreibung etc.) können Sie dem beigefügten Vertragsentwurf und den zugehörigen Anlagen entnehmen.
