Bürstadt, chemische Reinigung Mainstraße - Ingenieur-, Planungs- und fachgutachterliche Begleitung und Überwachung der laufenden Grundwassersnaierung Die Ingenieur-, Planungs- und fachgutachterliche Leistungen zur Fortführung des Grundwassermonitorings umfassen folgende Leistungen: • Einarbeitung in das bestehende Projekt und die Projektunterlagen inkl. Ortstermine, Zusammenfassen des Kenntnisstandes, Beurteilung der bisherigen Arbeiten im Hinblick auf erforderliche Optimierungsmaßnahmen, • Übernahme und Einarbeiten in die Datenfernübertragung, • Überwachung des ordnungsgemäßen Betriebs der Grundwasseraufbereitungsanlage (WAA) (Fremdüberwachung / Anlagenkontrollen), • Koordination und bedarfsweise Anpassung der Grundwassersanierung (Ingenieurleistungen im Innen- und Außendienst), • Veranlassung und Überwachung von Wartungs-, Reparatur- und Erweiterungsarbeiten, • Konzeptionierung und fachgerechte Ausführung der Grundwassermonitoring-Untersuchungen inkl. Bestimmung von Feldparametern, • Projektmanagement, Qualitätssicherung und Öffentlichkeitsarbeit, • Überprüfung der Arbeitssicherheit inkl. sicherheitstechnischer Zustandskontrollen, • Arbeitsschutzmaßnahmen im Zuge der Projektdurchführung, • Datenmanagement (u.a. im Datenbanksystem der HIM-ASG "GW-Manager"), • Bewertung und Dokumentation von Sanierungsfortschritt und Sanierungsbetrieb sowie Ausarbeitung von Empfehlungen für das weitere Vorgehen, • Vorbereitung und Mitwirkung bei der Vergabe von Betriebs- und Wartungs- und Reparaturleistungen der WAA, • Vorbereitung und Mitwirkung bei der Vergabe von Analyseleistungen im Rahmen des Sanierungsbetriebs der WAA.
