Description

Die Ausschreibung erfolgt im Verhandlungsverfahren mit Teilnahmewettbewerb. Hierbei handelt es sich um ein zweistufiges Verfahren. Der Teilnahmewettbewerb dient der Auswahl der Bewerber, die vom Auftraggeber zur Angebotsabgabe aufgefordert werden. Die Auswahl erfolgt anhand der genannten Auswahl- und Eignungskriterien und der von den Bietern eingereichten Teilnahmeunterlagen. Nach Abschluss des Teilnahmewettbewerbs erfolgt mit den ausgewählten Bewerbern das Verhandlungsverfahren. Das Verhandlungsverfahren besteht aus der Einreichung des Erst-Angebotes, mindestens eines Bieter- und Verhandlungsgespräches sowie der endgültigen Angebotsabgabe. Die Angebotsprüfung und -wertung erfolgt anhand der geforderten Nachweise und Erklärungen, den eingereichten Angebotsunterlagen sowie den bekannt gemachten Zuschlagskriterien. Wegen der weiteren Einzelheiten wird auf die Ausschreibungsunterlagen verwiesen. Fachplanung Baulogistik gemäß AHO Heft 25 "Leistungen Baulogistik": sämtliche Grundleistungen der Leistungsphasen 1 bis 8 gemäß AHO Heft 25,Stand März 201, besondere Leistungen von Leistungsphase 3 bis 8 gemäß AHO Heft 25,Stand März 2011 Die Handwerkskammer Karlsruhe plant den Bau einer neuen Bildungsakademie, da die Kapazitäten am aktuellen Standort erschöpft sind. Der Fokus liegt auf einem qualitätsvollen Bildungsgebäude, das funktional und energieeffizient sowie flexibel und multifunktional gestaltet werden soll. Es soll Werkstätten, Seminar- und Verwaltungsräume, Versammlungsräume, eine Mensa mit Café, Aufenthalts- und Selbstlernbereiche sowie Pausenräume im Außenbereich umfassen. Das Angebotsspektrum wird die Überbetriebliche Lehrlingsunterweisung, Fort- und Weiterbildung sowie Berufsorientierung beinhalten. Der Neubau soll den zentralen Herausforderungen der kommenden Jahre und Jahrzehnte, wie der Fachkräftegewinnung, -sicherung und -bindung, der Digitalisierung und dem Klimawandel, begegnen und die Zukunftsfähigkeit des Handwerks in der Region sichern.
