Summary

Machine-generated summary

Engineering planning services for the renovation of the listed Bogenhalle complex, built 1950 to 1955 as part of the State Sports School and comprising the sports hall, the gymnastics hall and the entrance building with changing rooms. The installation systems, including changing rooms, wet rooms, heating and ventilation, are worn out and must be renewed. The works cover the energy-efficient refurbishment of the building envelope, the complete modernisation of the sanitary facilities to current standards, and concrete repairs to stairs and ramps at the entrance area. The shooting hall and other external facilities are excluded. Monument protection approval must be obtained. Estimated renovation costs total 8 million EUR gross. The project is funded by the Saarland state government.
