Teilumzug Schloss Wernigerode - Los 1: Supervisor Die Maßnahmen zum Teilumzug der "Sammlung Wernigerode" erfordern eine dichte und regelmäßige Überwachung sowie Begleitung durch einen Supervisor. Zu den Leistungen gehören insbesondere die kontinuierliche, bei Bedarf auch tägliche Beaufsichtigung der Speditionsleistungen vor Ort, die operative Abstimmung der Abläufe sowie die Unterstützung der Termin- und Einsatzplanung. Der Supervisor überwacht sämtliche Objektbewegungen einschließlich Verpackung, Transport, Zwischenlagerung und Einlagerung und stellt eine lückenlose Dokumentation sowie Nachverfolgbarkeit der Objekte sicher. Die Maßnahme umfasst die Verlagerung von rund 3.200 Objekten aus unterschiedlichen Sachgruppen (u. a. Möbel, Keramik, Metallobjekte und Waffen) und erstreckt sich über einen Personaleinsatz von 110 Tagen.
