Description

Gegenstand des Vergabeverfahrens sind Planungsleistungen nach § 34 HOAI / § 39 HOAI für den Neubau einer dreizügigen Oberschule mit Sporthalle in Heidesee. Die amtsfreie Gemeinde Heidesee im Nordosten des Landkreises Dahme-Spreewald im Land Brandenburg plant die Umstrukturierung und Erweiterung ihrer Schullandschaft aufgrund der seit Jahren kontinuierlich steigenden Schülerzahlen. In diesem Kontext wurde ein Wettbewerb n. RPW 2013 zum Bau einer neuen dreizügigen Oberschule (ca. 5.742 m² BGF) mit Sporthalle (1.584 m² BGF) und Außensportflächen (ca. 5.790 m²) sowie Außenanlagen (ca. 2.633 m²) auf dem Grundstück in der Berliner Straße 15-17 auf einer Fläche von rund 20.000 m² durchgeführt. Im Anschluss an den Wettbewerb nach RPW 2013, der am 01.03.2025 veröffentlicht wurde, wurde ein Verhandlungsverfahren gemäß § 14 Abs. 4 (8) VgV durchgeführt.
