Description

Der Auftrag umfasst die Planungsleistungen des Leistungsbildes Gebäude und Innenräume nach § 33 ff HOAI in Verbindung mit Anlage 10 HOAI, Leistungsphasen 1-9 für den Ersatzneubau des Freibads in Mering. Im Zuge der geplanten Sanierung bzw. der vorgesehenen Ersatzneubauten soll am Standort Mering ein modernes Freibad nach dem aktuellen Stand der Technik entstehen. Aufgrund der sehr langen Nutzungsdauer der bestehenden Anlage (Baujahr 1954) ist davon auszugehen, dass ein wesentlicher Teil der vorhandenen Bausubstanz nicht mehr wirtschaftlich sanierungsfähig ist und durch Neubauten ersetzt werden muss. Das Vorhaben ist daher im Wesentlichen als Ersatzneubau des Freibads Mering zu verstehen. (Eine ausführliche Maßnahmenbeschreibung finden Sie als Anlage in den Bewerbungsunterlagen)
