The City of Offenburg is procuring architectural services for buildings and interior design (HOAI sections 33 to 37), service phases 1 to 9, awarded in stages and initially covering phases 1 to 3. The works involve the conversion and renovation of a restaurant building in the Stegermatt district in the south of Offenburg, currently part of the sports facilities of Offenburger FV on Badstrasse. The building will become a permanent facility within the setting of the State Garden Show 2023 and the Kinzigpark, providing an attractive gastronomic offer for the public during and after the event.
