Architektenleistungen für Planung, Vergabe und Überwachung der Realisierung der ersten Bauabschnitts der Leistungsbilder Gebäude und Innenräume gemäß § 34 HOAI und Freianlagen gemäß § 38 HOAI. Zu erbringen sind jeweils die Grundleistungen der Leistungsphasen 1 bis 9. Der Auftraggeber betreibt in Bad Schönborn die Thermalsoleförderung der Lambertus-Quelle sowie einen Wellness- und Gesundheitspark ("THERMARIUM") mit den Bereichen Thermal-Solebad, Saunalandschaft, Fitnesszentrum, Therapieabteilung, Wellnesszentrum, Badeshop und Totes-Meer-Salzgrotte. Als verpachtete Bereiche gehören ein Restaurant und ein Bistro zum Unternehmen. Es ist eine den geänderten Rahmenbedingungen angepasste Neuausrichtung und Modernisierung des THERMARIUMS angestrebt. Die im vorliegenden Verfahren zu vergebenden Architektenleistungen beziehen sich auf die Planung, Vergabe und Überwachung der Realisierung des ersten Bauabschnitts notwendigen Maßnahmen der Leistungsbilder Gebäude und Innenräume gemäß § 34 HOAI und Freianlagen gemäß § 38 HOAI. Zu erbringen sind jeweils die Grundleistungen der Leistungsphasen 1 bis 9.
