Description

Die Städtische Kliniken Mönchengladbach GmbH (Auftraggeber) hat Planungsleistungen für die Kernsanierung und Modernisierung des Zentrums für Kinder- und Jugendmedizin vergeben. Gegenstand der Maßnahme ist eine Kernsanierung im Bestand, die unter laufendem Krankenhausbetrieb etagenweise umzusetzen ist. Der Auftrag umfasst die integrale Planung aller erforderlichen Fachdisziplinen in enger Abstimmung mit dem Auftraggeber und den Nutzern. Hiervon ausgenommen sind die Fachplanungsleistungen für Heizung, Lüftung, Sanitär und Elektro, die der Auftraggeber gesondert beauftragt. Zu den Leistungen des Auftragnehmers zählen die folgenden Leistungsbilder: - Gebäude und Innenräume; - Tragwerksplanung; - Bauphysik; - Brandschutz; - Barrierefreiheit; - Hygienekonzept; - Medizintechnik. Das Projekt wird aus Landesmitteln des Landes Nordrhein-Westfalen gefördert.
