Description

Gegenstand des Vergabeverfahrens ist die Objektplanung (Leistungsbild Gebäude und Innenräume) nach § 34 HOAI für die Sanierung und Ersatzneubau des Freibads und der Therme in Hersbruck Die Frankenalb Therme Hersbruck GmbH & Co. KG plant die Umsetzung eines barrierefreien Ersatzneubaus für das Eingangsgebäude des Freibades mit neuen Umkleiden, Sanitärbereichen und einer Gastronomie. Sowie die energetische Sanierung der Fassaden und Dachflächen des Sportschwimmbades. Für die Gesamtmaßnahme wird nach dem aktuellen Stand von geschätzten Kosten in Höhe von ca. 6,6 Mio. EUR (netto) für die KG 200 - 700 ausgegangen. Gegenstand der vorliegenden Ausschreibung sind die folgenden Objektplanungsleistungen: - Leistungsbild Gebäude und Innenräume gemäß § 34 HOAI (Leistungen der Leistungsphasen 1 bis 9 der Anlage 10 zu § 34 Abs. 4, § 35 Abs. 7 HOAI)
