Description

Ausschreibung von Planungsleistungen, Leistungen nach dem Leistungsbild Objektplanung - Gebäude und Innenräume (Anlage 10, HOAI 2021) mit den Leistungsphasen 1-9. Es wird der Neubau eines Sammlungszentrums, zur dauerhaften Aufbewahrung von Unterlagen und Objekten aus städtischen Kulturgebäuden, mit integrierten Büroflächen, geplant und umgesetzt. Der Flächenbedarf beläuft sich auf ca. 2350 m² (Länge ca. 61 m, Breite ca. 38,4 m), das Gebäude wird eingeschossig, mit Dachbegrünung, errichtet. Eine spätere Erweiterung Richtung Norden soll grundsätzlich möglich sein. Für die Planung der Ausstattung steht ein Depotplaner beratend zur Verfügung. Die bauliche Planung soll konservatorische Anforderungen, logistische Abläufe und langfristige Ziele des städtischen Kulturbetriebs berücksichtigen. Neben Depotflächen sind eine Anlieferzone mit Klima- bzw. Schmutzschleuse sowie ein Quarantänebereich vorzusehen.
