Objektplanung Gebäude in der Leistungsphase 8 im Rahmen der Realisierung des 5. Bauabschnittes zur Komplexsanierung von Wohngebäuden in 04317 Leipzig-Thonberg Die Leipziger Wohnungs- und Baugesellschaft beabsichtigt die Leistungen der Leistungsphase 8 der Objektplanung Gebäude und Innenräume gemäß § 34 HOAI für die Realisierung der Komplexsanierung der Objekte Oswaldstraße 13-17, Witzgallstraße 15-17 und Riebeckstraße 34-36 in 04317 Leipzig-Thonberg (Thonberg 5. BA) zu vergeben. Geplant ist die Sanierung der Außenhaut der Gebäude einschließlich der Fenster, die Dämmung der Keller- und obersten Geschossdecke, Bauleistungen infolge haustechnischer Maßnahmen, Erneuerung der Dacheindeckungen, Betonsanierung Eingangstreppen und Podeste, Anpassung und Instandsetzung der Außenanlagen sowie die teilweise Erneuerung der haustechnischen Anlagen. Die Gebäude Oswaldstraße 13-17, Witzgallstraße 15-17 und Riebeckstraße 34-36 im Ortsteil Thonberg wurden in Plattenbauweise nach Typenprojekt WBS 70 mit 5 bzw. 6 Geschossen errichtet. Aktuell ist von den 90 Mieteinheiten eine leerstehend. Die Sanierung der Wohnanlage erfolgt unter bewohnten Bedingungen.
