Fachplanung der Bauphysik mit Bearbeitung der Leistungsphasen nach HOAI, Planungsverfahren mit Anwendung des Bewertungssystems Nachhaltiges Bauen im Gold-Standard (BNB-Gold) Mit der Errichtung des Zukunftszentrums soll eine national und international vernetzte öffentliche Plattform geschaffen werden, die basierend auf den drei Säulen Forschung, Kultur und Dialog interdisziplinär zu Transformationsprozessen, Fragen der Demokratie und des Zusammenhalts in Deutschland und Europa arbeitet. Das Raumprogramm umfasst eine multifunktionale Nutzung mit den verschiedenen Funktionsbereichen Campus, Veranstaltung, Ausstellung, Bildung, Gastronomie, Shop, Büro und Logistikflächen. Der Siegerentwurf aus dem Planungswettbewerb mit Preisgericht vom 30.04.2025 ist hinsichtlich des Leistungsbildes Bauphysik gemäß HOAI, den Vorgaben des Bewertungssystems Nachhaltiges Bauen (BNB) und in Abstimmung mit den Projektbeteiligten auszuarbeiten. Im Fokus der Planungsaufgabe stehen neben der Umsetzung des Siegerentwurfes unter anderem: • Planerische Umsetzung des Low-Tech-Prinzips im Hinblick auf die besonderen Anforderungen eine multifunktional genutzten Gebäudes und der Lage am Verkehrsknotenpunkt Riebeckplatz • Gold-Standard nach Bewertungssystem Nachhaltiges Bauen (BNB) • Planungsprozess unter Verwendung digitaler Plattformen (CDE) • Hohe Qualität der Ausarbeitung der Planungsaufgabe • Hoher Anspruch an Kommunikations- und Abstimmungsbereitschaft
