Objektplanung für Gebäude, Innenräume und Freianlagen Der Auftraggeber beabsichtigt am Standort der Kugelsburgschule Volkmarsen, auf dem Grundstück der Gemarkung Volkmarsen, Flur 37, Flurstück 57/13 einen Neubau für eine Haupt- und Realschule mit Förderstufe, sowie die dafür notwendigen Außenflächen für Schulhof und Bewegungsangebote errichten zu lassen. Es ist beabsichtigt, das neue Gebäude im Holzbau zu errichten, daher wären Erfahrungen im Holzbau wünschenswert. Das neue Schulgebäude, sowie die Freianlagen sollen auf dem vorhandenen Grundstück abgebildet werden. Das vorh. Schulgebäude wird während der Bauzeit weiter genutzt und soll nach Inbetriebnahme des Neubaus rückgebaut werden. Ein Raum- und Funktionsprogramm, sowie weitere Angaben zum geplanten Neubau werden in der zweiten Phase des Verhandlungsverfahrens zur Verfügung gestellt. Gegenstand der zur vergebenden Leistung ist die Objektplanung für Gebäude und Freianlagen nach § 34/39 HOAI, Leistungsphasen 1 bis 9. Die Umsetzung der Leistung soll zeitnah nach der Auftragserteilung erfolgen. Die Umsetzung des Bauvorhabens soll direkt nach Abschluss der Planungsleistungen und Erteilung der Bauge-nehmigung erfolgen. Der vorläufige Kostenrahmen für das Projekt beläuft sich auf ca. 14,5 Mio EUR (Kostengruppe 200-700 nach DIN 276 einschließlich der Umsatzsteuer). Bei der Kostenkalkulation ist für die Kostengruppe 600 ein Pauschalbetrag von 200.000,00 Euro berücksichtigen worden und in dem Kostenrahmen enthalten.
