Der Markt Grafengehaig plant die Errichtung einer Kindertagesstätte in Form einer eingruppigen Kinderkrippe sowie eines eingruppigen Kindergartens auf dem Grundstück Flur-Nr. 121, Gem. Grafengehaig. Im Rahmen der Grundlagenermittlung wurde eine Machbarkeitsstudie zur Untersuchung verschiedener Standorte erstellt. Bezogen auf ein förderfähiges Raumprogramm hat die Machbarkeitsstudie ein gefördertes Raumprogramm von rd. 250 qm und eine prognostizierte Gesamtkostenschätzung auf Grundlage der statistischen Kostenkennwerte BKI, Ausgabe 2024 von rd. 2,2 Mio. € brutto ergeben. Der Markt ist nicht Betriebsträger der geplanten Kindertagesstätte. Gegenstand der Vergabe sind die Leistungen der Objektplanung nach Teil 3, Abschnitt 1 HOAI 2021 der Leistungsphasen 1 bis 9.
