Leistungen der Objektplanung gemäß HOAI § 33 ff für den Umbau einer Lagerhalle zu einer AEMP in Kruft Beschreibung der Planungsaufgabe und der Baumaßnahme; Die geplante Maßnahme umfasst den Umbau einer Lagerhalle zu einer AEMP (Aufbereitungseinheit für Medizinprodukte) in der Bahnhofstraße 33 in 56642 Kruft. Die grundlegenden Funktionen der AEMP ist dem Dokument Beschreibung der Planungsaufgabe zu entnehmen. Die Maßnahme wird öffentlich gefördert. Aktuell erfolgt eine genauere Bestandsanalyse und eine Grundlagenermittlung. Kosten: Gesamtkosten gem. Grobkostenschätzung vom 23.10.2025: 1. Grundstück 2. Herrichten erschließen, Kgr. 200 ca. netto 564.000,00 EUR 3. Baukonstruktion Kgr. 300 ca. netto 1.748.000,00 EUR 4. Techn.-Anlagen Kgr. 400 ca. netto 1.983.200,00 EUR Nutzungsspezifische Anlagen Kgr. 474 ca. netto 2.352.900,00 EUR 5. Außenanlagen Kgr. 500 ca. netto 50.400,00 EUR 6. Ausstattung Kgr. 600 ca. netto 168.000,00 EUR Planungs- und Bauzeiten; Grobterminplan: VGV Verfahren - 5 Monate Einreichen LPH 3 bei Fördergeber ca. November/Dezember 2026 Baubeginn nach Bewilligungsbescheid und Baugenehmigung ca. I / 2028 Bauende spätestens bis: II / 2029 Mitwirkung bei Abstimmung mit Förderbehörden, Kostenobergrenze, Besprechungen: Vom Planer ist ggfs. während der Planung und der Bauzeit eine Abstimmung mit den Förderbehörden sowie bei Zwischen- und Schlussverwendungsnachweis erforderlich. Die genehmigte Planung und Kostenobergrenze der genehmigten Kosten ist einzuhalten und darf nur mit ausführlicher Begründung, Freigabe des Bauherrn sowie Freigabe der Förderbehörden erfolgen. Die regelmäßige Teilnahme an Planungs- und Baubesprechungen und Protokollierung der eigenen Leistungs- und Überwachungsbereiche ist in der Leistung des Planers enthalten. Allgemeiner Hinweis: Die entsprechende Abfrage der Präsentation sowie der Honorierung erfolgt nach Abschluss des Teilnahmewettbewerbs mit Einladung der geeigneten Bewerber zum Verhandlungsverfahren.
