Description

Gesamtplanung für den Neubau Medizinisch Theoretisches Zentrum (MTZ 2) An dem Universitätsklinikum Carl Gustav Carus Dresden soll auf dem Klinikgelände ein neues Gebäude für Forschung und Lehre entstehen. Im Vorfeld wurden benötigte Flächen, Anzahl und Standort durch den Auftraggeber übermittelt. Für die Medizinische Fakultät besteht der Bedarf eines Erweiterungsbaus für Forschung und Lehre in Höhe von ca. 9.500 m² NRF. In den vergangenen Jahren kam es zu einem kontinuierlichen Anstieg der Studiengänge und der Umsetzung der neuen Approbationsordnung. Schaffung neuer Forschungsflächen zur Umsetzung der Exzellenzinitiative der TU Dresden und Förderung des kollaborativen Lernens. Flächen für innovative Forschungsfelder für Medizin von morgen. Der Erweiterungsbau wird zusätzlich als zwingende Ausweichfläche für den dringenden Sanierungsbedarf des bestehenden MTZ 1 notwendig, der nicht im Betrieb umgesetzt werden kann.
