Gemeinde Karlsbad | Sanierung Sporthallen - Objektplanung Gebäude und Freianlagenplanung Die Gemeinde Karlsbad beabsichtigt die umfassende energetische und bauliche Sanierung der kommunalen Jahnhalle am Schulzentrum im Ortsteil Langensteinbach. Die Maßnahme ist Bestandteil des Karlsbader Hallenkonzepts 2025, das die zukunftsfähige Weiterentwicklung der Jahnhalle sowie die funktionale und bauliche Abstimmung mit der angrenzenden Schelmenbuschhalle vorsieht. Ziel ist eine nachhaltige Sicherung und qualitative Weiterentwicklung der kommunalen Sport- und Veranstaltungsinfrastruktur. Grundlage der Planung bildet eine im Jahr 2025 erstellte Machbarkeitsstudie. Ausgeschrieben werden Objektplanungsleistungen gemäß § 34 HOAI sowie Freianlagenplanung nach §39. Die Leistungen werden im Verhandlungsverfahren nach VgV europaweit ausgeschrieben: Stufe 1: Präqualifikationsverfahren Stufe 2: Verhandlungsverfahren
