Fachplanung Technische Ausrüstung (gemäß § 55 HOAI) Baumaßnahme der Bundeswehr, Sachsen - Anhalt - Kaserne Weißenfels, KNUE " Neubau Unterkunftsgebäude im Standard 1.1.5" Leistungsstufen 2-4; Stufenvertrag weitere Beschreibung siehe Punkt 5.1 Anlagengruppe 1 Abwasser-, Wasser- oder Gasanlagen Honorarzone II Anlagengruppe 2 Wärmeversorgungsanlagen Honorarzone II Anlagengruppe 3 Lufttechnische Anlagen Honorarzone III Anlagengruppe 4 Starkstromanlagen Honorarzone II Anlagengruppe 5 Fernmeldeanlagen Honorarzone III Anlagengruppe 8 Gebäudeautomation Honorarzone III Es werden Planungsleistungen der Technischen Ausrüstung gem. §55 HOAI für den Neubau von militärisch genutzten Unterkunftsgebäuden im Standard 1.1.5 zur Unterbringung von 100, inkl. 2 barrierefreier Unterkünfte Soldaten in der Sachsen-Anhalt-Kaserne in Weißenfels unter der Verwendung der BIM-Planungsmethodik vergeben. Die Ausführung des Unterkunftsgebäudes soll in kompakter, nachhaltiger, konstruktiv-einfacher, idealerweise mit hohem Vorfertigungsgrad oder modularer Bauweise erfolgen. Vorgesehen ist ebenfalls eine monolithische Bauweise und mit einem qualitativ hohen Standard an die energetische Gebäudehülle / Anlagentechnik der Technischen Ausrüstung, um den Ansprüchen an die militärische Nutzung gerecht zu werden. Die BGF beträgt ca. 4.000 m². Die Errichtung alternativer Wärmeerzeugungsanlagen ist vorgesehen (Solarthermie, Photovoltaik, Schaffung von Anschlussmöglichkeiten an eine Wärmepumpe). Das Vorhaben wird nach dem Bewertungssystem Nachhaltiges Bauen (BNB) des Bundes beurteilt. Eine Zertifizierung mit dem Standard „Silber“ ist zu erfüllen. Das Bauvorhaben unterliegt nicht der Sicherheitsstufe VS-NfD.
