The contracting authority is seeking architectural services for the extension of the Gymnasium (grammar school) in Eckental, Germany. The commission covers object planning services for buildings and interior spaces under § 33 ff HOAI in connection with Annex 10 HOAI, service phases 1 to 9. The extension, as an annex or new building, will comprise approximately 3,500 to 4,500 square metres of gross floor area, assuming three full storeys. Funding will be applied for under FAG, with the funding application to be submitted by autumn 2027 at the latest. The school had 1,050 pupils in the 2023/2024 school year, and numbers are rising continuously.
