Description

Der Auftraggeber beabsichtigt, das Bestandsgebäude der Akademie Biggesee energetisch zu sanieren. Durch umfassende bauliche Maßnahmen soll das Gebäude fit für die Zukunft gemacht und seine Nutzung langfristig gesichert werden. Zu den erforderlichen Sanierungsmaßnahmen gehört, die beheizte Gebäudehülle komplett zu sanieren. Zudem soll auch die Haustechnik umfangreich saniert werden. Gegenstand der vorliegenden Beschaffung sind die zur energetischen Sanierung erforderlichen Planungsleistungen zur Objektplanung (§ 34 HOAI) für die Leistungsphasen 2 und 3 sowie 5-8 HOAI (LOS1) und Planungsleistungen zur Technische Gebäudeausrüstung (§ 55 HOAI) für die Leistungsphasen 2-8 (LOS2). Es erfolgt eine stufenweise Beauftragung. Das gesamte Sanierungsvorhaben ist durch Zuwendungen des Landes Nordrhein-Westfalen (EFRE/JTF) gefördert.
