e-netz Südhessen AG is procuring architectural planning services for a new administrative building at Dornheimer Weg 24 on its company premises behind Darmstadt main railway station. The new building will have outdoor parking spaces on the site, freely accessible visitor parking, and a waiting area for arriving trucks. The planning must also incorporate the adjacent listed transformer workshop from 1926. The building will have a forecourt facing the company premises, entered via a main entrance. The forecourt including the gatekeeper's lodge is to be designed so that both external users and e-netz employees can enter, while unauthorised third parties must be denied access to the site. The planning area is shown in an attached plan.
