Die aktuelle Kindertagesstatte im Ortsteil Mönchzell befindet sich in einem erneuerungsbedürftigen Gebäude. Ein dauerhaften Weiterbetrieb der Kita in diesem Gebäudezustand ist ausgeschlossen. Der Gemeinderat der Gemeinde Meckesheim hat sich in der Folge zum Neubau einer Kindertageseinrichtung auf eigene Kosten auf einem gemeindeeigenen Grundstück in Mönchzell (im Unterbrühl 4, Flst. 2518) neben der Lobbachhalle und einem Vereinsgebäude entschieden. Die Gemeinde Meckesheim beabsichtigt als Kostenträger die Planung für den Neubau des Kindergartens für drei altersgemischte Gruppen ab 2 Jahren mit insgesamt 50 Kindern. Träger für den Betrieb des Kindergartens bleibt weiterhin die katholische Kirche. Parallel zum vorliegenden Vergabeverfahren für die Planungsleistung, wird der Bebauungsplan für den Neubau des Kindergartens von der Gemeinde Meckesheim aufgestellt. Der Input aus dem Vergabeverfahren fließt in die Erstellung des Bebauungsplans ein. Stufenweise Beauftragung: zunächst werden die LPH 1 - 4 gemäß § 34 HOAI 2021 beauftragt. Nachunternehmer nicht zugelassen. Der Auftraggeber beabsichtigt, dem Auftraggeber bei Fortsetzung der Planung und Durchführung der Baumaßnahme die Leistungsphasen 5 - 9 zu übertragen. Der Auftraggeber behält sich vor, die Übertragung weiterer Leistungsphasen auf einzelne Abschnitte der Baumaßnahme zu beschränken (abschnittsweise Beauftragung). Der Auftraggeber ist in seiner Entscheidung über eine Weiterbeauftragung frei; ein Anspruch auf Übertragung weiterer Leistungen besteht nicht.
