Description

Der Auftraggeber beabsichtigt die energetische Sanierung der Astrid-Lindgren-Grundschule in Soest. Die energetische Sanierung soll unter Berücksichtigung möglicher Klimafolgenanpassungsmaßnahmen erfolgen. Eine Entwurfsplanung liegt bereits vor. Gegenstand des Auftrags sind die für das Vorhaben erforderlichen Architektenleistungen zum Leistungsbild Gebäude und Innenräume in den Leistungsphasen 4 bis 9. Gegenstand des Auftrags sind die Architektenleistungen zum Leistungsbild Gebäude und Innenräume, Leistungsphasen 4 bis 9, für das in der Leistungsbeschreibung näher erläuterte Bauvorhaben "Energetische Sanierung Astrid-Lindgren-Grundschule". Ziel des Vorhabens ist insbesondere eine deutliche Reduzierung des Energieverbrauchs. Die Sanierung soll während des laufenden Betriebs durchgeführt werden, weshalb spezielle Anforderungen an die Umsetzung im Hinblick auf serielles bzw. modulares Sanieren zu beachten sind. Neben den weitgehend übertragenen Grundleistungen werden ausgewählte besondere Leistungen übertragen. Das Nähere regelt die Leistungsbeschreibung.
