Das Flurstück ist Teil des Bebauungsplanes Nr. 8 „Bahnhofstraße“ und planungsrechtlich als Mischgebiet ausgewiesen. Die Planung der Zweifeldhalle bildet den Auftakt für die Neuordnung des gesamten Schul- Campusgeländes. Mit der zweigeschossigen Gliederung der Fassaden wird eine flexible Grundordnung und Maßstäblichkeit für die noch folgende Bebauung eingeleitet. Die bestehende Sporthalle soll in diesem Zuge zurückgebaut werden. Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung ist die Objektplanung Gebäude gem.
